  • Privacy. Anonymous by design: your responses to the questionnaire stay on your device for the survey experience; anonymous aggregate increments are sent to FourD so the collective chorus stays accurate—we do not keep a personal response record. If you email yourself a report, images pass through our mail server only for that send—they aren’t kept as a profile, and your email isn’t linked to your responses. Delivery logs keep only a masked fingerprint of the address (not the address itself) and are deleted after 30 days.

The FOURDth
Dimension

The FOURDth Dimension is the unique dimension that connects, contextualizes, and transforms the others. It is the missing link that makes the whole greater than the sum of its parts, revealing the relationships, interactions, trajectories, meaning, and possibilities that might otherwise remain hidden.

The FOURDth Dimension transforms what is known into what becomes possible.

The FOURDth
Principle

The FOURDth Principle is the discipline of seeking the next dimension—the third, fourth, fifth, or nth—that connects the others in ways that change how we see, understand, and act. The number is not the point; the pursuit is: continually looking beyond what is known, visible, or conventionally understood to discover what is missing.

The FOURDth Principle puts this pursuit into practice:

Seek the next dimension.
Connect what appears separate.
Discover what emerges when the whole comes together.

It means looking beyond isolated problems, disciplines, data points, and moments in time to uncover the context, relationships, trajectories, and possibilities that conventional perspectives may overlook.

The goal is not simply to see more, know more, or add more.

It is to find the missing dimension that changes the picture—and unlocks what was previously out of reach.

NameFOURDCategoryHealth

FOURD
is a name that embodies discovery, evolution,
greater wholeness, and expanding possibilities.

The Meaning of FOURD

FOURD is about seeing health differently—and seeing more of it.

The name FOURD reflects the application of the FOURDth dimension: a broader perspective that connects, contextualizes, and transforms the others, revealing a more complete understanding of health and opening new possibilities.

A Name That Evolves

Our name embodies the very principle behind it: the FOURDth dimension. As our understanding of health evolves, so does the meaning of FOURD—embracing new dimensions, perspectives, and ways of seeing and making the whole more whole.

FOURD is not confined to a fixed definition. Its meaning grows with discovery, deepens with understanding, and expands with possibility.

Different Forms Across FOURD

The FOURDth idea takes different forms across our work:

  • FOURDimensions expand the health horizon into Total Health, with Re-promise representing the FOURDth dimension—the continual expansion of what health can mean and become.
  • FOURDParadigms expand how health is seen, understood, acted on, and protected, with the FOURDth dimension placing YOU at the center of gravity of health.
  • FOURDynamics—Nature, Nurture, Detection, and Decision—expand our understanding of health outcomes through FOURDyno, revealing how these forces interact to shape them.
  • Panorama expands our view of health across space and time, providing a four-dimensional, temporospatial perspective across X, Y, Z, and time—unlocking the understanding that emerges from seeing the whole.

We are a
Health Company.

FOURD is building a broader, interconnected platform for Total Health—so broader health can compound into fuller lives and expanded possibilities for everyone.

We begin with health itself—and end with health outcomes. Between them, we connect what it takes to understand, pursue, and protect health: science, technology, data, insights, understanding, behavior, and systems.

Health—without the hyphen—
is intentional.

FOURD is not confined to health -care, -technology, -insurance, -data, -AI, -longevity, -wellness, or other means through which health is pursued.

Two fronts.
One health ambition.

FOURD works across two connected fronts: helping innovators and institutions advance health today while building consumer-centered platforms for how individuals can understand, pursue, protect, and own their Total Health over time.

FOURDProducts

Turning fragmented health into an evolving, understandable whole.

We build consumer-powered, interoperable platforms and products that reconnect individuals with their longitudinal health data and context—making health more visible, intelligence more useful, and decisions more informed.

These platforms are designed around individual agency, privacy, and principled data use: Data for you, not from you.

The World We Seek.
The Work We Do.

Vision

A world where Total Health enables everyone to pursue a fuller life, and then more.

Mission

To build the interconnected platform that makes Total Health visible, actionable, ownable, and available to everyone—with YOU in charge.

Follow True North

Our values set the direction. Our behaviors are how we follow it.Together, they form the human code behind FOURD—guiding how we think, decide, collaborate, build, and serve.

Lead Boldly

Challenge convention. Create the next path.

We pursue novel approaches and disruptive paradigms with conviction. Leadership means questioning inherited answers, seeing possibilities others may overlook, and having the courage to move meaningful ideas forward.

Boldness is not change for its own sake. It is the willingness to rethink what limits progress—and build what should come next.

Own Outcomes

Effort matters. Impact completes it.

We respect every process and journey, but measure success by what they ultimately change.

We take accountability for our decisions, actions, and results—from the quality of our thinking to the real-world impact of what we build.

Progress is not simply work completed.

It is value created and outcomes advanced.

Serve with Strength

Listen deeply. Act with purpose.

Service is not passive. It requires humility to understand what others need, judgment to know what matters, and strength to act with speed and precision.

We serve people, colleagues, innovators, enterprises, and institutions across geographies and health contexts—bringing empathy without losing rigor, and responsiveness without compromising quality.

Strength becomes more meaningful when it is used in service of others.

Disrupt Trust

Earn it differently. Prove it continuously.

Trust is too important to be reduced to promises, policies, or statements of intent.

FOURD seeks to disrupt how trust is earned—through independence, transparency, data integrity, consistency, and actions that can withstand scrutiny.

We aim to make trust visible in how information is handled, how decisions are made, how interests are balanced, and how commitments are kept.

In an increasingly noisy and fragmented health ecosystem, we aspire to create neutral ground where people and organizations can have confidence not because they were asked to trust us—

but because we continually give them reason to.

Put YOU in Charge

Make Health visible, actionable, and ownable.

People are more than patients, subjects, users, or sources of data.

We design for their agency—to understand Health, make informed decisions, participate in creating value, and choose how their data is used, shared, or monetized.

Putting YOU in charge also changes how FOURD approaches problems: from business-first or system-first toward human-first—asking what science, technology, products, and institutions can do better for the people they ultimately exist to serve.

And “YOU” is intentionally inclusive.

Our ambition is to extend that agency to more people, across more geographies, backgrounds, and health contexts—so advances in Health can be shaped by and benefit more of humanity.

Health is personal. Its agency should be too.

Health. Intelligence.
Agency.

A broader health category.
A compounding opportunity.

We’re raising.
Get in early.

FOURD is seeking investors for our products—consumer health intelligence still taking shape, built at the intersection of HealthTech and CompuTech. If you back category-defining companies before they are obvious, this is the window.

Early partners help set the pace: capital, counsel, and conviction while the products are still being built. We’re looking for investors who want ownership in what comes next—not a seat after the market has already priced the story.
